Razia Joosub Investments Limited is a UK based limited liability company owned 50% by Mrs Razia Joosub and 50% by her son, Mr Ozayr Joosub.
The Company is a holding company for eight other UK based property investment companies. Its only assets are the shares it owns in its subsidiaries.
Geographic Spread
Most of the owned properties are commercial or mixed-use properties in Greater London, with other properties in Brighton, Cornwall, Essex, Gloucester, Lancashire, Leicester, Northern Ireland and Wiltshire.
Managing Agent
The company has appointed a Leicester based, managing agent, who in turn liaises with local estate agents, to ensure optimum performance of the property portfolio.
Core Functions
Oversee the UK property portfolio
· Dispose of unsuitable property.
· Seek out and acquire suitable property.
· Negotiate new, as well as settle expiring leases.
· Receive rental income, from the EIGHT subsidiary companies.
· Carry out periodic inspections to coordinate preventative maintenance.
